Had a decent stay, but the bathroom could use some renos, and the early morning church bells were a bit much. The garden breakfast was sweet as, though!

Charming getaway in Ile de Ré 🇫🇷
Breakfast is lekker with fresh local jams and the garden's just beautiful. The comfy bed and friendly service made it all the more special, especially the chommie at reception who's always keen to help.
Had a bit of a skinner about the shower setup, it was a bit awkward with the handheld not being fixed for a proper wash.

We had an enjoyable experience with lovely decor and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was impressive, and we loved eating in the beautiful garden. the lack of air conditioning made the warm weather a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel has a lovely garden and a pool area that add charm to the stay. I enjoyed the comfortable bed with plenty of extra pillows. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of fresh, local options including scrambled eggs and local jams. The location next to charming restaurants and the Phare des Baleines is fantastic. the absence of air conditioning made the room quite warm during our stay, especially with no fans available. The sound of the church bells starting at 7 AM was a bit disruptive for sleep. The bathroom layout also had some challenges, with the shower lacking a proper fixture for a top-down wash. we experienced confusion during checkout about breakfast charges, so double-checking at the front desk is advisable.

Comfortable bed with extra pillows and pleasantly decorated rooms enhance relaxation. The breakfast buffet provides a variety of delicious options including scrambled eggs, bacon, and local jams served in a lovely garden terrace.
Distinctive sewer smell in the corridor is quite off-putting, distracting from the usual charm. The natural swimming pool might surprise those not used to eco-friendly systems, as its water lacks the typical blue clarity. Some rooms, like the duplex, have low ceilings and inconvenient toilet placements, making them less than ideal, especially in warmer weather. the absence of air conditioning means rooms can get uncomfortably hot, especially during peak summer.

Charming Hotel with Room for Improvement
The beautifully decorated rooms impressed us, providing comfort with lovely beds. We enjoyed the scenic garden and pool area. however, prepare for the church bells starting at 7 AM. Future visitors should consider cooling options during hot weather and double-check breakfast charges at checkout.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful garden and natural pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options. Renting bikes was easy and a fun way to explore. The service was friendly, adding to our great experience.
One downside was the distinctive sewer smell we occasionally noticed in the corridor at times.

had a really nice stay here. the location is chill and close to cute beaches. bed was super comfy and the breakfast was fresh with local stuff! the garden where we had breakfast was just lovely, and the staff were friendly. also, there's a nice restaurant right next door for a good dinner.
but it got super hot in our room without air conditioning, and the church bells ringing in the morning were kinda annoying.
